Around Christmas season, nothing can beat a cranberry relish... It's a shame it does not exist in France (maybe at the Bon Marché now or at Marks and Spencer in Paris...). But when you live far away from the French capital city...?
I had to find a quick recipe in front of my cranberry jar... What about a sandwich ? A yummy one with a nice piece of Pastrami, some asparagus for the green side and Parmesan to finish ? And what about the bread ? I wanted something "christmassy", so the hazelnut one came to my mind. Voila! My sandwich around the cranberry was born...
This asparagus, pastrami, Parmesan and cranberry sandwich is gluten-free if you use a gluten-free "Genius multiseed roll" for example.
