Ah la la. I think that this coffee is going to become MY coffee. You know, before enjoying a coffee, I smelled it a lot, then ate some beans. Already, my mind processes to a first judgment which will be emphasized (in a good or bad way) after my first "libation". For this coffee and for the first time in my life, I did not have to put un nuage de lait, (a cloud of milk). The flavor was so subtle, that it would have been killed by the white substance...When you just sip, this delicate coffee, expect "elderflower", yes, elderflower with a flowery and delicate fresh taste. When the coffee will cool down a little bit in the cup, the elderflower taste will transforms into woody, velvety red fruits, very smooth on the palate. You should definitely try it...
