MORBIER AND CHILI RELISH SANDWICH
When I found some Morbier the other day at my supermarket, I was very happy. This cheese from the Jura area in France has more than 2 centuries!!! It has an AOC and is made exclusively from cow's milk (in a raw state though). It has a peculiar savor because of the blue line in its center. You should definitely try it, even on its own. Pain Poilâne is an institution for us, French people. It is a brown bread (Bio in advance of its time as it had been created in the 30's !!). If you taste this bread, be careful, you will never go back to the bread you used to appreciate before... I put some dried tomatoes and a little bit of chili relish (not the strong one of course, you want to taste the cheese still!!!).
